Why We Started Nexus

Most home buyers in Singapore go to the bank they already use. It feels safe, but it almost always costs them. The package on the shelf is rarely the best one for the borrower — it's the one the bank wants to push that quarter.

Nexus was set up to fix that. We sit on the borrower's side of the table and run a full sixteen-bank comparison every time, fixed and SORA-pegged, with the same information the relationship manager has. The bank pays us for the introduction; you pay nothing.

That model only works if we stay genuinely independent. So we don't take retainers from any single bank, we don't push promo packages that don't suit you, and we tell you when the right answer is to do nothing. Refinancing six months early to chase a 0.05% rate cut isn't advice — it's churn.
