Is the report really free?
Yes. Banks pay us a referral fee when a mortgage closes, so the report and our advisory service cost you nothing. There is no obligation — many users just want to benchmark their current loan.
How accurate are the rates?
Rates shown are indicative and refreshed regularly with packages from 16 Singapore banks. The exact rate you receive depends on bank credit assessment, valuation, and the loan amount. We confirm every rate before you sign anything.
Why do you need my contact details?

What is TDSR and MSR?
TDSR (Total Debt Servicing Ratio) caps your total monthly debt payments at 55% of gross income, stress-tested at MAS's 4% floor. MSR (Mortgage Servicing Ratio) applies only to HDB and EC purchases, capping the mortgage portion at 30%. The report tells you exactly where you stand against both.
Does it work for HDB and private property?
Yes — both. Toggle the property type in the calculator. For HDB and EC, we apply the MSR cap on top of TDSR. For private property, only TDSR applies. The report adjusts automatically.
