Is there really no fee?
Yes — we do not charge borrowers. Banks pay us a placement fee only if your loan is approved and disbursed. That fee is the same whether you came through us or walked in directly, so the package terms you see are unchanged.
What information should I have ready?
For a residential enquiry: latest 3 months payslip or 2 years NOA if self-employed, current outstanding loan (if refinancing), and either an OTP or a target property valuation. We'll tell you exactly what's needed before any bank submission.
How fast can I get In-Principle Approval?
Typically 3–5 business days for residential, 1–2 weeks for commercial. We chase the bank credit team daily and consolidate all responses for you in one summary.
Do you cover HDB and private?
Yes — both. We handle HDB BTO, HDB resale, executive condos, private condominiums, landed, and commercial / industrial. Cash-out and equity term loans are private and commercial only — HDB flats are not eligible under MAS rules.
What if I'm just exploring?
That's the most common reason people message us. A 15-minute call is enough to map your borrowing capacity, lock-in expiry, and the next sensible decision — even if that decision is "wait six months". No commitment.
